SHIPPING POLICIES

*Domestic orders: 3-5 Business Days

*International orders: 5-15 Business Days

Shipped within 1-2 weeks of order placement.

*Lost/Stolen Shipments: 

*Shipment and Address Changes: Be sure to verify your address because your item will be shipped to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation including PayPal addresses. Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

*International Orders: I am at the mercy of customs so please keep in mind delays are at the hands of the customs folk!

REFUND POLICY

I strive to create professional items but will understand if you are not satisfied with your item. If you wish to return an item please ensure:

*It is returned in the condition it was shipped.

*It is returned within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving the returned item, I will refund your money minus shipping cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Every one of my products are handcrafted so it can have some flaws like, ink intensity irregularity or lines shifted or not aligned perfectly.I do my best to avoid it but it's done by hand so every piece is unique... Please keep this in mind! And if you're not completely satisfied - please, refer to our Refund policy.
